Sedona Energy

I went hiking throughout Boynton Canyon in Sedona because it was listed as a hiking area where people have reported feeling a strong energy vortex. Sedona is considered an energy vortex altogether as a whole but there are approximately 7 specific locations that are said to be most intense.

I put my hands out, closed my eyes with the intention of connecting to the earth and receiving the energy. My palms and fingers were actively tingling and pulsating in a rhythmic way as if my palms had their own heart beat.

It happened so easily that I was shocked at the immediacy. I stopped and pulled my hands away to shake it off. Then I put my palms out again and got the same energy sensations and pulsations just as quickly.

I continued to connect to the energy that was surrounding us. I could reach out to tap into it and feel the vibrations, and then just as easily, I could disconnect from it and just hike while taking in the stunning scenery.

The energy was intense and it was just a matter of deciding to notice it or not notice it.

I know that I could be experiencing a placebo effect because I expected that Sedona would be a place to feel more energy. I enjoyed the experience and sensations nonetheless!

I was on vacation and my frequency was at the highest vibration so it was probably a lot easier for me to connect to the energy there. Sedona is spectacular, stunning, and breathtaking!! It truly is a magical place that must be seen and felt for oneself.
