What is Qigong?
"Qi" is Energy and "Gong" is Work
Qigong = "Energy Work"
The ancient art of Qigong is a gentle yet powerful practice blending movement, breath work, visualization, intention, and mindfulness to help us feel more embodied and connected to our own life force energy. Qigong is a moving meditation that grounds us in the present moment and fills us with a sense of balance, peace & harmony.I believe that we can create our own internal happiness by practicing Qigong because it helps us to attune to our Qi, purge any blockages or stagnations, tonify our Qi, then grow & circulate our newly refined Qi, and store and preserve our Qi to improve our vitality.I want to share what I have learned to help others enhance their overall wellbeing.I have been learning and practicing Qigong through my teacher/mentor Marisa Cranfill *www.yoqi.com* and am a Certified Associate Instructor of Qigong Flow

I have 2 Paddleboards available to share with you and will provide healthy snacks and sparkling waters. Connecting with nature and working on mindful embodiment while paddling
is a great wellness activity.



Beginner
I will customize the SUP time to your fitness and experience level. Sitting on the SUP is perfectly OK! Many people don't feel balanced enough to stand right away and we can work on that over time.
Experienced
For more experienced people, we can customize a good workout to make the most of your SUP time! I can teach you muscle isolation paddling techniques and get more cardio in with faster paddles.
Advanced
I would like to work on holding Yoga Poses on
the paddle board to increase strength, core control, and balance. These can be more intense workouts with more cardio and focused on learning new skills together.
