Your Mind is a New Puppy! Your Puppy Needs Training!



If you want to be the master of your life, then you must train your mind. Catch, and STOP, your inner critical pessimistic voice and replace those habitual reactive thought patterns with intentional new optimistic grateful and loving thoughts. ON PURPOSE. It takes so much attention, awareness, and focus to always CATCH & STOP that inner reactive voice. You have to stay CONSCIOUS and mindful at all times. Literally.

Then practice catching yourself and inserting these new intentional words inside your head. Be your own encourager, always thinking of the good, what is going well, and the endless possibilities of best possible outcomes and versions of your future. Be grateful and don't operate from scarcity or lack or a victim mindset. When you focus on what you don't want, or focus on your LACK, then you have the emotional signature of a person in scarcity and lack. Therefore, you will continue to get more and more situations stemming from scarcity and lack.

Practice, rehearse, and visualize the best case scenarios. Don't relive past traumas because you are only retraumatizing your body and mind every time you recall bad memories from your past. You are reliving the emotions and chemical releases of sadness, fear, anger, and trauma. Your body, mind, and chemistry gets bonded to that emotional signature and stress chemistry pattern. You need to balance it out by getting your mind and body to produce happy helpful chemistry of oxytocin, seratonin, etc INSTEAD of cortisol.

Don’t imagine every worst case scenario in the future because you will only get what you are focusing on. Simply by expecting the worst, you will get the worst. Your brain wants to please you. Your brain wants to seek and find more evidence in the outside world to support your inner world. If you expect, visualize, and rehearse worst case scenarios then your brain thinks that you WANT those scenarios to happen (because why else would you focus so hard on them?) You must stay mindful and consciously aware at all times so that you can STOP & CATCH your inner thoughts/inner voice. Your inner critic is like a new puppy that needs TRAINING. You are the trainer and must become the MASTER of your own thought patterns and intentionally choose your thoughts. Choose the inner self talk that produces happy hormones, positive emotional responses, and encouraging optimistic visions of the reality you want to create. Everything is possible!

Purposefully creating an expansive abundant life really is so simple. I know what blocks most people from any of this type of "woo-woo talk" clicking for them. Most people hear this concept and it doesn't fully resonate with them. They aren't ready to receive it. They aren't ready to change. They think it is "positive thinking" or "positive affirmations". That is not what this is about. This is something deeper and more profound than that. Some people are stuck in the familiar repetitive cycle of having an unhappy chaotic life and no matter what they do, or try, they keep getting more and more of the SAME outcomes. They stay in the cycle and can't break free. They won't commit to trying the method of daily practice, rehearsing, visualization, through mindful meditation. They have a mental and emotional block toward this change. You may feel a BLOCK too?

Once you find out what that blockade is, and remove it, you become the true master of your life and can literally create any reality you want! It really is that simple. You decide.
