Dream Circle Group

ree

Recently, at a dinner with my women friends, we were talking a lot about the meaning of our dreams. This is one of my favorite topics to discuss with people but usually I can't find enough people who remember their dreams so we can't have the depth of conversation I want to have.

I decided to seek out more "Dream Rememberers" out there who, like me, have vivid lucid dreams and journal them daily. I started a meetup group in my city and quickly had 16 other people join!

I was so elated to see that there were that many people who resonated with my Dream Circle group description! We are going to meet this week for the first time and then decide how to proceed, whether it's in person or on Zoom, etc.

I have so many ideas of how to help others see that their dream life is JUST AS IMPORTANT as their waking life. Any time that we consciously repress or suppress something in our daily waking life, it is still there but stored deep into our subconscious mind. Then at night, when we are asleep, our subconscious mind has time and space to start processing all of those micro-traumas. These can be little or big, but whenever we don't express big emotions, they always get stored and we need to process them and release! This work can be done during dreaming. We can become lucid dreamers. We can become so in touch with our subconscious mind just by setting an intention to pay more attention every morning we slowly awaken from a dream.

Get your journal and pen ready! Or have your phone audio recording app open and ready! Take the time each morning to document and record your "other" life you just led for the past 8 hours. It's fascinating what we can learn. I am so excited to share this with others and learn from them too!
